- Charter Cable Channel 18 features adoptable animals daily at 3:00am, 6:00am, 7:30am, 11:30am, 3:00pm, and 6:00pm.

NBC 15 features an adoptable animal every fifth Monday on the morning news.
Tuesdays
- Pet-entially Yours
- WISC Channel 3 features an adoptable animal every Tuesday on the morning show.
- WB 57 Critter Club
- Watch the WB 57 9:00pm news every Tuesday for that week's featured Critter Club adoptable pet. Learn about the pet and hear about other happenings at DCHS.
- Family Dog Training Classes
- Several levels of classes for dogs (puppies to adults) and their owners taught by Dog's Best Friend, Tuesday and Thursday evenings in the training room at DCHS. Call for registration and schedule (608) 277-1339.
Wednesdays

The Feline Friends Fund provides lifesaving donations directly to the homeless cats at Dane County Humane Society. Help support our efforts to make a difference in the lives of the thousands of cats that come through our doors. Contributions to the Feline Friends Fund support cat adoption programs, spay and neuter surgeries to help reduce chronic overpopulation, as well as outreach and educational efforts to make our community a safer, kinder place for cats. Dane County Humane Society's Animal Medical Services (AMS) provides outstanding medical attention and care to ALL of the homeless animals that come through our doors. Our latest story is about a wonderful horse named Star who went from neglect to finding a new life (click on the picture to read more).
